CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the information provided to you and the Distance Sales Agreement.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable legislation concerning the products or services they purchase.
Shipping costs for physical products (e.g., cargo) will be borne by the Buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The ordered product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. If delivery does not occur within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The delivered product must be complete and conform to the specifications indicated in the order.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the product price or the payment is canceled by the bank or intermediary institution, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product is nullified.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer has been used by unauthorized persons and the price is not paid to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 (three) days from the delivery date.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
FORCE MAJEURE:
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events beyond the Seller’s control, the Buyer will be notified. In this case, the Buyer may:
- Cancel the order,
- Request the product to be replaced with a similar one,
- Request the delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is removed.
In case of order cancellation, if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) daysfrom the cancellation date. Refunds for credit card payments will also be made within the same period to the bank; however, the refund process may take 2-3 weeks depending on the relevant bank’s procedures.
BUYER’S PRODUCT INSPECTION OBLIGATION:
Upon delivery of physical products, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the product before accepting delivery. Products with torn packaging, damaged, broken, or defective must not be accepted.
The delivered product is deemed to be intact and undamaged. If the withdrawal right is to be exercised, the product must be unused and returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the purchased product is digital content (e.g., online training, instantly accessible services), the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal according to Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
However, if the sale concerns physical products, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
Details regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Agreement.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they will be subject to interest under the contract signed with their bank.
In this case, the bank may pursue legal action, and any resulting costs and attorney fees may be collected from the Buyer.
Additionally, if the Buyer delays payment, the Seller reserves the right to claim damages resulting from the delay.
